1. Definitions

• The Rent Studio, We, Us, Our: Refers to the owning company and operators of the website/platform.
• User, Client, You, Your: Any individual or entity accessing or booking services through our platform.
• Vendor: Third-party studio owners, videographers, and service providers listed on the platform.
• Platform: Website www.therentstudio.com and all associated digital tools, listings, and services.

2. Nature of Service & Disclaimer

The Rent Studio is a neutral facilitator and aggregator platform connecting Users with independent Vendors for studio rental, video production, and related services.

• We do not own or operate any studios or content teams.
• All services are delivered by independent Vendors, whose quality, behavior, and commitments are not controlled by us.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damages, injury, or dissatisfaction caused by Vendors or their premises, equipment, or personnel.
• Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before confirming bookings.

3. Bookings & Payment Terms

• All bookings must be paid in full (or as stated) before confirmation.
• Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party gateways.
• The Rent Studio retains platform fees and commissions per transaction.
• Vendor payouts are processed 24–36 hours post-service completion, contingent upon no disputes.
• Refunds & Cancellations: Subject to Vendor-specific policies. Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) are strictly non-refundable unless approved by the Vendor.

4. User Conduct & Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date details during registration and booking.
• Not engage in abusive, unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Comply with local laws and all rules stated by Vendors.
• Accept full responsibility for any damage, disruption, or misconduct caused under your account or booking.

5. Vendor Independence & Limitation of Liability

All Vendors listed are independent operators, not employees, contractors, or representatives of The Rent Studio. Service quality, pricing, and availability are not guaranteed by us. Any disputes must be resolved directly with the Vendor.

6. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content on the website—including design, text, visuals, branding, and layout—is the sole intellectual property of The Rent Studio or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, reuse, or modification is prohibited.

7. User-Generated Content

Users may share reviews, testimonials, or comments. We may remove or edit content without notice. Users remain responsible for legal and reputational implications.

8. Privacy Policy & Cookie Usage

We value your privacy and use cookies to enhance browsing, save preferences, track analytics, and enable secure logins. By using the platform, you consent to our cookies.

9. GDPR Compliance

10. Vendor Privacy & Data Guidelines

• Vendors must keep all user data confidential and only use for service fulfillment.
• Delete user data post-service unless legally required to retain.
• Violations may result in delisting, legal action, and financial penalties.
